TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT

This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) governs all communications and interactions between the individual known as Lozenge (“Lozenge,” “she,” or “Site Owner”) and any individual (“Suitor” or “you”) contacting her through this website, email, or any associated platform. By accessing or communicating through the Site, you accept and agree to the terms and conditions below.
1. Purpose
The purpose of this Site is to facilitate personal, private, and consensual dating arrangements between Lozenge and interested Suitors. All engagements are social in nature and reflect Lozenge’s cultural dating values rooted in traditional relationship customs.
2. Voluntary Gifts and Cultural Practice
Lozenge may accept voluntary gifts from Suitors as part of these personal dating arrangements. While no one is obligated to contact or meet with Lozenge, any gifts or contributions offered are understood to be symbolic expressions of goodwill made within a private social context. However, consistent with her traditional courting practices, providing such a gift is a condition for Lozenge to agree to reserve her time and engaged presence. This is act is seen as customary for any meeting with a potential suitor. No part of any engagement, communication, or meeting shall be interpreted as an offer or acceptance of any explicit activity.
3. Definition of “Rate”
The term “Rate,” as used on this Site, refers solely to the typical gift amount associated with Lozenge’s time and companionship.

The Rate functions only as a guideline or customary standard for a Suitor’s voluntary offering in connection with an arranged meeting.

The Rate is not a fee, charge, or compensation for any professional, commercial, or activity.

References to time (e.g., “per hour” or similar terms) are used solely for scheduling and time management purposes, not as indicators of a business service or contracted work.
4. Prohibited Conduct
Any request, suggestion, or implication involving illegal activity or commercial sexual conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of communication and cancellation of any planned engagement. Lozenge reserves the absolute right to refuse or discontinue any interaction at her discretion.
5. Consent and Termination
All meetings and communications occur voluntarily and by mutual consent. Either party may terminate communication or cancel an engagement at any time. Continued or unwanted contact following termination is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Lozenge shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from communication or interaction arising from this Site. Suitors engage voluntarily and assume all personal responsibility for their conduct and experience.
7. Acceptance and Modification of Terms
Your communication or engagement with Lozenge constitutes acceptance of this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must notify Lozenge in writing at datelozenge@proton.me and discontinue all contact. Lozenge may amend these Terms at any time without prior notice, and continued communication after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
