All personal information and public-source information are collected and used solely for the limited purposes described in this Policy, including safety screening and identity verification, and are not used for marketing, resale, or unrelated commercial purposes.
2. Purpose of Collection
All information collected by Lozenge is used solely to ensure her personal safety and well‑being in connection with consensual social and dating arrangements. Specifically, information may be used to: (a) perform lawful safety and background screenings for identity and risk verification; (b) review publicly available information and consult trusted community‑based safety resources for screening support; and (c) manage and administer ongoing eligibility to communicate with and arrange future meetings or dates with Lozenge. Lozenge does not collect or process personal information for advertising, marketing, commercial resale, or disclosure to third parties, except where disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect her rights or safety.
3. Controlled Access
Lozenge personally and exclusively manages all information. No third-party administrator, contractor, or assistant has access to personal or identifying details unless disclosure is legally mandated or required for lawful safety verification.
4. Confidentiality and Data Security
Lozenge takes reasonable administrative and digital precautions to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of collected information. Electronic and physical records (if any) are stored privately and securely. However, no system can guarantee absolute security, and Suitors communicate at their own discretion and risk.
5. Consent
Screening activities are further described in the Safety Screening and Background Check Consent section of this Site. By screening with Lozenge, you expressly consent to: (a) The collection and retention of your personal information for security screening and safety assessments; and (b) Verification activities which may include lawful background checks, public records, community references, or consultation with trusted community-based safety networks.You may withdraw consent by submitting written notice to datelozenge@proton.me. Upon receipt of withdrawal, all future communication and potential meetings will be discontinued.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Personal information shall be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for saftey purposes or the maintenance of lawful records. Upon termination of interactions or at your written request, Lozenge will delete or destroy personal data as soon as practicable, barring any legal obligation to retain it.
7. Disclosure
Lozenge does not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose personal information except where disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or legitimate safety concern.
8. Governing Law

SAFETY SCREENING AND BACKGROUND CHECK CONSENT

By submitting any information to Lozenge or communicating with her for the purpose of arranging a meeting, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. You voluntarily provide personal information (including, but not limited to, your legal name, date of birth, contact information, and any identification or reference details) for the sole purpose of safety and security screening in connection with private, consensual social meetings with Lozenge.
2. You authorize Lozenge to use the information you provide, together with information lawfully obtained from publicly available sources (including public records, open‑source internet searches, and publicly accessible community resources), to conduct safety and background screening solely to assess risk and protect her personal safety.
3. All screening information is received, reviewed, and handled directly by Lozenge. No assistant, employee, or outside administrator is granted routine access to your identifying information, except to the limited extent inherent in accessing publicly available records or where disclosure is required by law.
4. You understand that refusal to provide requested information, or withdrawal of this consent, may result in the denial or cancellation of any proposed meeting or further communication, at Lozenge’s sole discretion.
5. You may withdraw your consent at any time by providing written notice to datelozenge@proton.me. Upon receipt of such notice, Lozenge will cease further screening activity and discontinue any prospective in‑person engagement, subject to any legal obligations regarding record retention.
